I had a great experience with John recently. My parents had a clogged bathroom sink and needed some help, so I reached out to John after being referred by a friend. Not only was he super professional and responsive, he even offered to send someone over to help same day, all the way from Yonkers to the Bronx! I was very impressed by the quality of the customer service and even though we were able to resolve the clog ourselves, I’m appreciative of the quick and friendly service. I know who to call should I ever need any help with plumbing again. Highly recommend John and his team!!

John from Proflow did all the plumbing work at my house during my renovation. He did great work and provided me with different ideas such as a pot filler and cold/hot outdoor water bibs. I replaced my hot water heater with a wall hung combo unit(pic below), ran radiant heat, all new pvc and pex to replace the old lines, created a whole new basement bathroom with a stand up shower, etc I got multiple estimates for my work and john came in the cheapest Here are pics of the combo unit with the supply/return for radiant heat and the shower he installed with a rain head and body sprays

Hired Proflow for our Med Spa in White Plains. They did an amazing job and they dealt with the DOB and got us up and running in no time. They even polished our pipes. They are detailed and excellent.

He completed a full plumbing rough -in(2 bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room), re-piped my boiler system, waste, water and gas lines. I also had him add a whole home water filtration system. Johnny came out right away and take care of all our plumbing issues. I called him back again to add a kitchen and a bathroom in my basement.
